Father Can You Hear Me

Father can you hear me, Im calling on your name, LORD all this pain I have inside, when will it start to change? I cant hold the anger in feeling hate because its sin, the one I loved tore my heart wrongfully once again. Here I have been before, you said my suffering wouldnt be in vain, its my soul I need you to fix oh LORD, fix it just once more. I need you LORD, please comfort me, I lift my eyes to you, the joy I long for as these days pass only just right through. My compassion is all gone, I wonder what i did so wrong but what lies inside of me, it was hate I never shown. Take it LORD, I beg of you, please remove all of it, let me love through their ugliness as I truly did before. The flesh gets weak, but revenge I do not take LORD sit beside me,hold my hand, I ask you to refill me with your strength. Heal these wounds that were cut open, Ill carry whats now another scar, set me on fire LORD as I walk my light much more far. Its hide and seek you play with me,I step out into the dark, I trust you LORD as I find you, I give it all my heart. To be with you and where you are, Ill walk this lonely road, light the sky so I can see, LORD be my northern star. My best Ill give just to you, I ask that you hold me in your hands, I see another who bears much pain, I want to work, shout hallejuah, bringing glory to your name.
