God's Hand

In God's world as I run this long hard race,
there's so many people trying to keep up the pace.
Chaotic life with all its twist and turns,
you're across your bridge as it stands and burns.
All through life comes all crazy test
but as I look to God, He tells me what's best.
I'm not perfect and I make my mistakes,
but I only trust God, He didn't make me a fake.
Yes I do worry but God has no fears,
all the days He watched, He saw my falling tears.
I bowed to my knees and made my plea,
Jesus I call, set this prisoner, I want to be free.
At times it's to hard and some I can't handle
but here I refuse to be some burnt out candle.
I shine my light brighter and I hold the Lord's hand,
He is the one who's not like man.
The storms they come while mountains rise,
I stand ready with no compromise.
Throwing all you can and thinking defeat,
in steps my Savior as He leaves the Master seat!
