Pressing unto Perfection

by Jesutayo
(nigeria)

Hebrew 6vs1(AVS)
Wherefore leaving the doctrine of the first principles of Christ, let us press on unto perfection; not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God..

Daily walking, step by step,
A journey of faith, that we must accept.
With hope in our hearts, and trust in our guide,
We'll walk this path, with courage and pride.

Though obstacles may come, and challenges arise,
We'll keep our eyes fixed on the prize.
For in this journey, we'll come to see,
The beauty of God's grace, so pure and free.

So let us walk with purpose and intent,
And keep our hearts and minds content.
For walking towards perfection is a blessed way,
And with each step, we draw nearer every day.

Not as inexperienced babes longing for milk,
But solid food of righteousness, full and thick.
Therefore, standing on the true foundation,
I press unto perfection.đź’Ś
