by Peter Cackett
(Spain)
Fresh sparkling dew,
sunlight dashed in all directions,
blades of grass leaves on trees,
spitting sparks of bright reflections
a brook, a stream,
the freshness trickling, tumbling over stones and pebbles,
rushing washing waving rippling flickering lights into the air,
bubbling motion music light sound, perfection,
dewdrops, ripples,
tiny things that fade away,
reflect the sun from day to day,
such light,such might,
such beauty they convey,
God chose the weak and simple lowly things like us
to make the world a better place,
reflecting peace and love.
