(Angie,La.)
I'm rich, I'm rich indeed
For I have what's important, I have what I need
My treasures is not found, in silver or gold
My treasures are greater, my riches untold
For the love of God, that no man can measure
That is the place, I have found my treasure
God gave His Son, The begotten One
That He would die, For such a man as I
Jesus laid down His life, in undying love
That with Him we might reign, in Heaven above
That the torments of hell, we would never know
While dying on the cross, His love He did show
Money makes you rich, the world does say
But in truth, it's the love of God, that touches us each day
Christ wants to bless us, in ways we can't perceive
But the world will do nothing, but lie and deceive
Seek ye the Kingdom, of God our Father first
Drink Christ's living water, and never again thirst
Look to Christ, as on your journey you go
And true peace, you will always know
The road is narrow, but lonley it's not
For Jesus Christ, is the best friend you've got.
